Signed up for a software that does background check and paid with Credit Card for $16.99 trial. They also offer a 1 year access of service for $49.99. When I signed up, I got instructions by email to get my user name and password. I followed the instructions and got an error page. Under "Contact Us, " there is only an e-mail address "support@edetective.com" and no telephone number and no company address. I wrote to Support@edetective.com asking for help and then I got "Mailer Daemon Undeliverable Mail." This site got our credit card information and gave us fake access information that only ended up with non-existing pages with errors.
