I had purchased a furniture through wells fargo in new york city but after moving to georgia not having a job and i was struggling to pay bills i fall behind with my payments so my check was garnished and shortly after the day care closed their door so i was left without a job again. One day i recieved a call from the above law firm and i asked for a pay off quote and they told me i can put it in writing of which i did they send me a letter stating that they offer me a one time payment of a thousand dollars must be in there office no later than october 30 it was done, i had to be calling for them to send me a letter stating they recieved the payment, i was told by one of the lawyers by the name of dianne m sego that they still have to get more payment. On november 5, i recieved a letter stating i only settle a portion of the account i really need some help with this matter
