Poor customer service - nuvi 1490T

I had a problem with a nuvi 1490T and was told to return it for repair or replacement. I was told turnaround time was 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 6 weeks and have been told twice by company reps that the unit was being shipped. I am still waiting for the unit to arrive.
