I purchased two net books from this company I paid for extra battery time (I should have known something was wrong then)! Insurance. I received in the mail two non-working net books I tried too phone the company but, no one would answer. The Man (Danny) stated that I did not know what I was doing and neither did the people who came too my home too check out the computer. However, I returned the computers with delivery confirmation because if I did not they would say they were never received. I was charged a restocking fee of 25% but, he said he would give me a deal and reduce it too 15% (the nerve)! I initially gave them $181 dollars and they only returned $109.00 they need to pay that balance or face prosecution because they have scammed thousands of people. I should not be responsible for those fees because they shipped me 2 non working computers.
