Net Book Scam!

I ordered one of their 7" wireless net books as a Christmas present. I was immediately charged on my credit card but didn't receive anything! Finally after Christmas and after numerous e-mails and phone calls, I received a unit which did not work. I had also purchased the extended warranty as part of the gift. So far, no refunds and no repairs from eglobalwireless. They do not refund even if the unit does not work. They also do not refund any warranty charges. They did tell me that I could send it back to them, completely at my expense. The Better Business Bureau needs to act against this company. I'm still exploring my options but wonder if a class action suit is possible from all the duped customers.
