A SCAM with Defective merchandise and Hidden Fees

They misrepresent their 7" netbook laptops. They do not work! Not an actual computer. They sell you the warranty, which is no good.initially, they doubled billed me and then retained 25% of the overcharge (those thieves). When you return the defective piece of junk, they keep all your money. They would not give me a refund. At first I requested a GOOD WORKING computer, but they would not/could not send me one, since they do not carry any "good, working computers". So I then requested a refund, which they refused. So I have nothing and they stole my money, $116! They do have a non-disclosed return policy of retaining 25% of your purchase price PLUS 100% of all warranty charges, but they would not refund me anything. This is how they make their money and rip people off. I read online from other abused customers that they buy the junky netbooks for $25 from China.
