Service Department Called a Complete Joke Full of Lies

Direct tv is the biggest joke of a tv service I have ever seen. Their service department needs a complete rehaul. They need to fire everyone in the service department and school a new bunch. Their service is all lies and bull shit. I will never go back to direct tv. They are the worst
