I am Gloria Hudson, POA for Carl Zeigler of (Personal Info Removed), on 11-3-11 between 5:45-6:30pm Carl received a call from Brandon at LIFE ALERT telling him he should purchase their product to save his life, since he lives alone. Now I live next door to Carl and I monitor him several times a day, and call in between times. Carl has dementia and early alzhemer. Not only did Carl give out credit card number he was told he did not need to tell me about the transaction but he did. I cancelled the service the same evening, the employees were very rude, and unprofessional when I ask for service to be cancelled. I ask to speak to a supervisor Cecelia she said she would do it and hung the phone up in my face, Life Alert called Carl several times this morning insisting he needed and requested their services. I call this morning and spoke to Jim and ask for cancelation number and got disconnected. I called back a few more times and finally got Pam King who talked well and gave me her phone number and ext number after telling her about the problems I was having with Life Alert.
