Unsolicited caller called requesting information check from a young high school part-time employee. Recording of the call was very difficult to understand due to the accent and the rapid speech, but the caller was able to get the young employee to answer some well worded questions in such a way that an unwanted service was quickly added to my phone bill without my knowledge or permission. This went unnoticed until an audit of the monthly billing revealed the charges. Contacted the company and they have agreed to cancel the service, but stated that they will have to do a review of the account and would not agree to refund the money that have been frauduently added to my phone bill.
