They use two different business names. I rented a house from them for 3 years. We gav our 1 month notice and also paid the prorated rent we owed for the first two weeks of october. When we recieved our deposit back they charged us $70.00 dollars for the patch work we did to cover nail holes in the wall when they are supposed to paint since we were there for 3 years. Then we were charged $180.00 for hauling away garbage and an oil drum that was there since we moved in and we had been asking over and over again to remove because of the dangers of that oil drum being a fire hazzard being that we live in the desert. They never came. And i saw that after we were charged those charges the work was never done. None of it and they gave us a work order saying it was. And they didnt give us reciepts for any of the work. We were charged $70.00 for cleaning when we did clean and they said it was for the stove top and the blinds when we can not be charged for normal wear and tear, we also replaced two sets of blinds that we were damaged so they were brand new. They scam people out of money, never come fix anything and are charging the actual home owners for repairs they didnt make and charged for servising the swamp cooler to cover it for the winter so that its not damaged and keeps the cold air from flowing into the house. That was never done. Every summer for the whole time we rented for the coller kept breaking and they would take days to come and fix it.in the 100 degree weather, it was terrible to be in there and we couldnt open the windows because they didnt have screens. The water heater busted and they took forever to fix it. Until i walked in their office 1 whole week later, when it was flowing into the street and everything on our garage f;oor was ruined and we of course had a high water bill and they would not reimburse us. Its a very shadey company made with very shadey people. I only hope that other people will see this and know that they are a bad company and i truely wish i could let all the property owners know that they are being way overcharged for the work that they are paying elite/prestige properties. So that these people can see that they are just all about the money. They should be investigated for what they are doing.
