Faulty Waders

I bought a pair of hip waders from Walmart in Moncton New Brunswick. I am a trapper. I used them once and when i stepped into the water the water rushed in. I took them back 3 times and the same result. They were Bushline Outdoors hip waders. Well the fourth time i used these rotton waders i got the receipt completely soaked and couldn't take them back. Why does Walmart purchase faulty waders like this? I have 7 kids and can't afford to pay money on no good waders and also the 1/2 hr drive to take them back every time. So now i'm stuck with these (swimming boots). Where is the quality control?
