Won bid for waders on Ebay from Sportsman's Garage (seller).
Seller said item no longer in stock, offered other items or refund. Read negative feedback on Ebay about seller, and this Bait and Switch has happened several times! Still no refund and no items sent to me, and now they are refusing to answer emails.
