Sweepstakes Clearinghouse
Lied to me. Rip-off!

I had order some luggage from Sweepstakes Clearninghouse. I paid for it, but had to pay S/H when it came. The UPS man kept on taking it back. I was in contact on and off with Sweepstakes Clearinghouse the custom service was very bad. Finally I decided that I wanted my money back. So I ask to speak with a manager. I did a Mr. Rocky Gonszalez, he seem to be helpful, I told him that I would like to get my money back, he seem like him wanted help so he said that he would take some money off my S/H fee, and that he would expedite it and that I would this coming wednesday.

I took off to make sure that I would get it this time. It did not come. I call Mr. Gonszalez, and told him this. He tells me that he did not tell me that it was coming this wednesday. I liked to have been close to him at that time, because he know, I know, and the Lord knows that he told me that. Am not just going to take off in the middle of the week for know reason. So I told Mr. Gonzalez that to please send me my money, he said when they get the luggage back, then I will get my money.

I want my money now, because I do not have any luggage, and I do not have $80.00 to be giving to a big company. I have been dealing with these people for a while now. I have things in lay-away with them right now and so do my daughter, but after I get these out I will not be dealing with them anymore. I just want my money back.
And I will write anybody that I have to, to get my $80 back, and Mr. Gonszalez, you don't even lie to a child of God. And if you can't something don't anyone you can. PlEASE help me get my money BACK. Thanks
