Oh My God, my family and I have been on the sprint service for about 11 years now and we hated HATED the service until recently we had contacted a sprint store in a mall that we visit often. We were so impressed with the help we've gotten from one employee. Where we live is in Queens Village NY and the mall we went to was Roosevelt Field Mall. The employee's name is Akeesh. He is the BEST employee to have ever helped us with any of our problems with sprint. Whenever we have a problem with our account or cell phones we always go straight to him, he's so intelligent and we trust him. What a wonderful employee. He's probably the reason why we're not switching mobile phone companies. I wrote this review hoping people take my word and go find Akeesh because they will be very satisfied with their results!
