I open my account in 2007 and i made a couple of late payments so this did not happen again i schedule payments online to be taken out of my bank like $20 a month. I made all the require payments and went over for like $40 the company send me checks which i never cashed and lost. Now i call customer service to see what they can do for me and the agent said that they send this checks to be cashed aND THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME they close my account for inactivity and there is basically nothing i can do and i have no credit in the card. I am so dissapointed with walmart i don't even want to buy there any more. It used to be my favorite store...
