Quietly taking people money

Well. This is the worst customer experience ever. I open my walmart credit card in 2006 or so and they charge me late payment fees like 2 times so i schedule my bank to make the paymens online about $20 a month
i finish paying my balance and it went over for like $40 and they send me two different checks one for $20 and the other fo $25 in two different occations but i never cash them because whatever, i was busy and i lost them so now i call and tell them that i lost my checks and i want them to write me a new one. The customer service agent said that they couldnt do anything about it too bad that they send those checks to be cashed and i need to look for them and if i find them she is not sure that they can do anything about it because they expire in 3 months if you do not use them...
I feel so dissapointed about walmart it was my favorite store now im going to stop shopping there and im going to advice my family and friends to do so
