A & E Factory Service
Do not use Them if You Value Your Time!

Today was the 3rd time we had our service technician not arrive on time. When we called A & E to have someone assist us or to at least listen to our complaint about their lack of customer service, we were told that no one could help us. The managers also said that they could not assist us and that we were basically SOL. The last manager that we spoke with was completely rude & disconnected the phone call because she had "better things to do and had other work to do." Well you know I had to take off work three times in the past week & a half to wait for your technicians that arrived to early or never arrived at all. I had important work to be done as well. I also found out that the technicians actually are employed by A & E, not contracted so there is no reason why the dispatch team & the managers would be unable to contact the technicians. This company will just waste your time and money!
