I was open 3 lines phone with them on 6/18 and was told by their store manager (i had all his layout paper with his writting) my montly payment at $119 a month with discount plan from t-mobile, but final they charge me $189 amonth. And i did call t-mobile and they said they didn't had any discount plan for my service, and i come back to the store more than 10 times and the owner steve said that his store manager been layoff and he promised adjust the payment for me but since that time till now i never hear anything from him or his respond. And this plan damage me $1200 for 2 years of this scam bussiness... And new story i had problem with them is: i open the broadband wireless service on sep-2-11 and i return that after 3 weeks (i had all paper to prove that i been return and get refund from their store) but they didn't call t-mobile to cancel my service and still charge me $43 amonth. I call t-mobile and t-mobile said the store had to call them to cancel i can't call to cancel. And i come back to store again and they said they will call to cancel but they never call (cause i been call t-mobile 5 times and i got the same answer and i come back to them about 7 times and i got 7 promised but they never call to cancel) how i pay money without using (it's $43 a month) will damage me $1000 in my contract again. Im so stress now and dont known what to do now and i just loss my house also. How i handle with more than $2200 loss by scam bussiness. Everbody time is expensive and they play with their customer like a fool and damage people money like a paper. Please stop them as soon as posible to protect a shopper againts a stress like me.
