I purchased a phone from her, she promised to ship it so I sent the money happily. She told me my shipping address wasn't working and the post office sent it back, I tried to arrange to pick it up and she told me she was out of town. When I called her again she told me she had shipped it three days prior. I have never received it, and she told me that she lost the shipping confirmation code.
