On 10/14 Mine and my husbands joint account was charged 99.49 and cause the money was not available we was charged a 34.00 overdraft fee. We have no idea who this company is or how they got our bank information. Then on 10/31 they charged our account again for 99.49 and this time going through. Cause of this we are going to be overdrawn when we go to pay our bills. When we contact them through the number the bank gave us a operator takes a message and tells you a customer service representative will call you back within 48 hours. I have never heard of a company that it takes them 48 hours to call you back. This seems fishy from the time you talk to them on the phone. This company is a fraud and needs to be stopped.
