Order auto parts in July. Parts had warranty. Parts failed. I submitted a request for refund and arranged to personally return the failed merchandise to their vendor's warehouse. On Aug 11 I was told they had approved the warranty refund. Seven phone calls later, on October 1 I still do not have a refund. I'm on the phone with customer service, but I'm still getting the same runaround.
