Harassed me until I agreed to let him tow my car, he prayed on friendship and a fear of getting my car impounded. I convienced my into letting him tow the car. He was only suppose to tow the car and let the Ins. Adjuster apraise the damage and wait for me nothing else.in order to force me to use his body shop he knocked a couple of dents out of the qt panel and claimed I owed him $1850.00. $325.00 tow and a $1500 for a tear down he refuse to release the car without payment. I made it that he was not to do any work and did in order to force me to use his body shop. I found out later that he is not licensed nor does have a tax ID number in his name. I have a witness that will to testify that they put a tire on the car and drove it, it was not towed.
