Bad Customer Service

I am a recent loyal customer, but from today I will be no longer because of a situation I had... I went to cash my tax refund check and was told they couldn't due to the amount which I didn't understand because 30 days ago. I cashed another tax refund check that was around the same amount. Assistant manager Glenda supposedly came to talk to me about a new ploicy reguarding check limits but when she approached me, she didn't identify herself, was very rude, and said the same thing as the cashier and walked away. She did not talk to me or try to reslove the issue. I had to follow her as she walked away, and she didn't want to even talk to me and refused to write her name down so I could talk to another manager about her behavior. I spend too much money there to be treated disrespectfully and discriminated against. I travel from San Jose to Fremont just to go there almost everyday. I ended up having to go to another walmart and they happily cashed the check without any comments about any policy. This is not the first discriminating issue I've had at this same store. Another time, I had went grovery shopping and spent around $300. Oo, And the cashier over charged me for a case of bottled water, I didnt realize until I was in my car, so I went back inside so it could be corrected. The CS manager Shane, was by the entrance so I approached him to tell him what happened, and he accussed me of stealing the case of water and asked for my I.D. Which i thought was not needed because I had my receipt and couldnt understand why he needed my id to verify me getting over charged. It turned into a big scene in the store and basically he racial profiled me. I want a formal apology from shane and glenda and amata. I refuse to be treated disrespectfully and discriminated against after all i have been is a loyal customer and and spent a lot of money at this wal mart store.
