Medical facility address: 115E. 57th st. New York, N.Y. 10022 made an appointment on Sept. 14.11 charging me from my Visa debit card amount of $200 upfront. On day of an appointment on Sept. 21.11 Dr. Campton has informed me
that requested procedure may only take place in New Jersey without even consulting my case. Than she went with me to receptionist ordering her to gave me money refund on my card because I was not
interested going to N.J. Facility for a procedure.
Until now money had not to been return. I did make dispute transaction order to Visa and had called facility inconclusively. I do think taking money upfront for something they can not perform is wrong and I want you to know about that practice.
