Dr. Bruce Katz Skin Burnt By Over Aggressive Lase

Be Forewarned! I was severely burnt on the face by this doctor who did not take more than three minutes to look at my very delicate skin to pressure the patient into an unnecessary "V Beam" and "Smoothbeam" laser treatments without discussing my skin type or even the price.
He clearly was too aggressive and harsh on my skin as I looked like I had been mugged and beaten when the session was over.

It was extremely painful during and after the procedure and when I said something, this doctor ignored me and kept going as he talked to some other doctor in the room.
The result was horrifying because I am an actress [which I told him upon meeting him] and I cannot afford to be so badly injured. The reason for this complaint is that after several phone calls to his office and my skin being red and swollen for over two years, the terrifying experience was clearly not satisfactory.

The cost was very expensive, and the lack of proper training that caused this to happen is not acceptable to anyone. No one should have to suffer from the wrong procedure so severely as I did from both the wrong technique and the wrong laser used on my beautiful skin.
I did not need such an aggressive treatment, and any good doctor with proper medical training is cautious when taking the time to examine the skin type of each patient.

It seems as though this doctor only wanted to make a profit rather than taking the time to be truly careful.
All women please be cautious when going into any skin "spa" where the idea is more about making money guised as a 'feel good' facade with fake spa-like atmosphere to deceive the innocent consumer.
Please protect yourself.
