I ordered trial creme paid by visa debit on the web page no info about a program i went into terms and conditons and read it it says if you dont cancel the purchase in 12 days your into a monthly program of goods paying £74 and getting the cash from your visa card i cancelled having lots of probs contacting them got an e mail 20.56 last night 24th oct saying account cancelled but no retrurn of my £5 97 they say they do not return shipping fee
i alerted my bank and trading standards but no thing can be done this firm needs to be summonds (Personal Information Removed)
