Miscellaneous

Received a check and letter in the mail for 1987.14 and was asked to contact Mike Anderson to activate the check. Then there was a list of things that they wanted done to complete my "job" with them. I did not try to deposit the check as it was from a different company from the one on the letterhead, usually a true corporate check has red numbers for the check number. They did do a decent job with the water marks and the heat sensitive mark on the fake check though. My other question to get me thinking is what company sends just anyone a check for that amount to someone they have never had contact? Lucky for me, my dad always told me "if it is too goo to be true, it probably is"!!! Hope nobody gets hurt too bad by these theives and hopefuly someone has to answer for their actions in this.

Is company is a "Scam"! Ripping unfortunately hard working single mothers such as myself! Any company that sends a check, & want "You" to activate the check via a web site... It's a warning sign!
