Ordered a high powered laptop, order approved then the following day they stated that customs duties had increased by 50% and wanted another $377.

Even gave me a UPS tracking number which was false o course plus their statement that goods are only picked up after customs by UPS. That is totally untrue as UPS pick up from source and carry out the customs clearances themselves.

Now I knew I was being conned.
