I found GA (grant Assist) on line, they offered a free cd rom that would list places to go for grants. I just had to pay $2.89 in shipping fees.
They started billing me $57.93 a month for service. Luckily my credit card company caught it and blocked the payment. I have put a block on their merchant code for future billings.
Please beware.
