I received a solicitation from Grant Assist to help with writing grants to receive financial assistance as I am unemployed and was trying to find help to go back to school. Grant assist stated that the fee was $2.97 which was charged to my checking account on 7/27. I researched their website I found that it was inadequate for my needs anyway. On 8/4 a charge was made against my account by Grant Assist for $57.93. Their advertising is misleading as it was stated that $2.97 would be a one-time fee. I immediately called my bank and they are trying to retrieve the funds on my behalf.
