CST false readings

I've recently had an Intoxalock Installed and have been getting false readings. The other night I had a nutrition bar (zone bar) and a retest came up shortly after and ended up with a. 03 reading. This resulted into a lockout, horn blarring at work, (very embarrassing) and retest came up after I had to shut the vehicle down then blew. 000 when retested. Customer service said it would cost $85 plus S/H and my contract states $75 fee plus $3 service fee.

I've found this to be very distracting while driving, blowing too soft, not in time and the horn honks. This is by far worse than using a cell phone
