I purchasef a new cell phone by T-mobil, with Simple Mobil as the service provider. The cell phone advertised was to be able to hold 1000 phone numbers and has a camera also. I also purchased the phone plan that would support use of all of the phone features, as advertised. The camera didn't work so I purchased the up graded plan as I was informed to do so by the same individual that sold me the phone and original plan. The camera still didn't work. Come to find out that becauce I had 498 phone numbers the memory was completely used up and this phone doesn't have any way to increase its memory. Currently I am still using the phone but will be changing my provider and phone soon. Then at that time I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General. I think that it would fall under, Deceptive Trade Practice.
