Two or three months ago I agreed to buy Grant Assists "Grant Writing Kit". The 22nd of October I received my credit card charge for the Kit - $2.97, one months membership-$57.93 and two foreign transfer fees-$0.05 and $1.15. I've never received the kit and did not apply for membership.
