Sometime last week I agreed to pay the shipping and handling on what I believed to be a grant assist kit. They advertised that the only thing that I would be paying for is the shipping and handling which total $2.97. I noticed on October 6th that there was an additional charge for $57.93 on my account. I sent them an email asking why I had been charged additional money. The reply said that I should have read the small print. I called them today and attempted to get a refund. They refused and hung up on me. I haven't received the kit which cost $2.97, I did not approve a charge for $57.93 for a membership that I don't need and they cost me an additional $34 in overdraft fees because I didn't have the money in my account.
