I signed up to receive my grant writing kit and agreed to pay $2.97 for it to be shipped in 2 wks. I never received it. I have waited patiently only to see that my debit card was charged an additional $57.93 for a membership that was not disclosed and a $. 58 International fee for processing the $57.93. I called to speak with a representive and I asked about this charge and I explained that I did not sign up for any membership. He would not give me a refund or the chain of command to follow for authority to give me a refund. I have been scammed: (I just wanted to find a grant to help with my daughter who has a disease.
