Late delivery

We ordered a PODS unit and made arangements based on there arranged date. Paid movers. Delivery was o occur while me and my wife were at work. We came home and the unit had not been delivered. Customer service stated that they had made a mistake and could not remedy the situation for another couple of days. Mind you that delivery is scheduled for a Tuesday and pick up is scheduled for the same Saturday. We now have just 1-2 days to complete our move and will still have to pay teh movers there deposite since they reserved Wednesday.

Absolutely ludicrous that they refuse to fit our delivery in the next day because they are too busy.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
