The store in temple texas allowed someone to use our card number without the card in hand since we have it in our posession. The last transaction was declined since they took all of it... Now heres the problem we used the card an hour before in wilkes barre pa 1600 miles away. Store manager at first was ready to refund it all now she's pulling (inappropriate content removed) police are involved and we are being told it can take up to 10 days even tho the proof is there that we couldn't be in both places at those times to get our money back!!
