I ordered a trial cream Juveneu which came with an attachment advertisment for another cream which i think was called Hydroxation. The advertisment said that if you used both creams together that you would get better results, so i bought both:- (Basically because it is a trial if you do not cancel any further shipments you automatically have to pay for them. I managed to cancel Juveneu without any problems but when i told the operator i also wanted to cancel the other product he said that product had nothing to do with his company and so i would have to go back to the company which i ordered it from. As i thought it was them i went back into my mail box only to find confirmation for their order. I checked my bank statement and the other company have taken the money out of my bank, leaving the name as EPM ADVANCED WRINKLE as thier name. Unable to find an e mail address for them, a phone number or address i am now unable to cancel the order so more monies will be taken out of my account automatically and so now im stressed as this is alot of money to me.
