I signed up for a trial pack on 30 Sep 2011 and did not receive the order at all. I had an order number emailed to me for the trail pack. Then on 15 October money was taken out of my account. I have just rung the company up on the International Number and the person sounded like a Filipino. I am so disgusted and told them if they were a legitimate companyy they would have emailed the customer first to see how they got on with their trial product before attempting to take more money.
