Paid for a bread moulder that was never sent. John Candelori said the equipment broke while trying to package it for shipping. After that never heard from him for 3 months. Does not answer phone calls or emails until threaten to sue. Now emails are just run around one excuse after another. Also takes 1-2 week each to respond.
