I sent for a FREE TRIAL SAMPLE of Revivagenix Serum - which I received without any paperwork - and then only to find that £88.56 (150$) had been taken out of my account without my authorisation. I contacted my bank who said that I had (unwittingly) taken out a subscription with this company - I would have to contact them directly in order to stop any more money going out of my account! I contacted them eventually after being given the round around - these people trade under several company names - and managed to speak to someone and told them to cancel any future orders and wanted to return the product as it didn't suit my skin. I was then offered a 50% refund which I refused as I can't us this stuff anyway and requested a full refund. I was told to return the product and they would refund me. I asked for a confirmation of this cancellation. I've returned this product and have kept copies of emails and letters. I have informed my bank the Fraud department of what has happened. This is a hard lesson learned.
