We were told that everything on our vacation was first class (airline, hotels etc. We need first class air because my wife has a morphine pump in her stomach, and needs the room so she can fly without constantly getting up to move around. When we called about a vacation and mentioned first class, we were informed that we could get first class if we "paid" extra for it. The agent knew nothing about first class.
They said their prices are far below any we could get. They gave us prices that were the same if not higher than our local agent.
