Grant Assist lured with promise of assistance for applying for a grant to set up your own business, this was on 8/22. They would send a disk for you to check it out. No disk ever arrived. Disk charge for 2.97 was shipping handle charge. No instruction as to any other assistance, 7 days later they charged $. 05,8/27? Then on 8/29 they took additional $57.93. When I called I got a off the wall claim that I could have did eveything needed to set up my own business but I did not find anything on the website to help me sign in and do this. When I was talking with the young man named Adam he said he would cancel for me and send me a voucher for a stay at some hotel or motel. Of course the hotel or motel was not in my area so I would have to travel to some god forsaken place to spend the voucher. I told him to keep the voucher for himself and give me my confirmation # for the cancellation.
