Beware Rip Off

ON 8/24, signed a contract to do kitchen and bathroom counters, (referal from a neighbor) work looks good, guard is down. Work was to take place on 10/13 (return from trip). He did not show up or call. Got hold of him, was told he's behind 1 day from his other job. Again didn't show, when I called, his girlfriend answered and was told he left for family emergency and happened to leave his phone behind. I was also told that he have another job, to do a table before getting to mine.

Asked for money back for material (1500.00) through Marble Express. He did not pay for my slab according to mgr. BE AWARE he have many postings through craigslist to get work and partners. Please check rip off and you'll see many of the addresses he use in craigslists List.
