Listed in Craigslist as service/skilled trade/backhoe, trackhoe, dozer work (posting id 2547047349). Came to our home, wrote contract and invoice to beginclearing property next day (9/7) and wrote check for $500 deposit. Cashed check, never came back, will not return calls. Has numerous postings on Craigslist for other work (see postings 2631684514,2629936612,2613074940,2604843605,2624267424,2629925068 and more) Is also listed in 'manta' as business. I have copy of check, invoice, etc. And contract information. He showed us a copy of his liability insurance. I discovered too late that he was cancelled in January.
