I purchased Procera products about three months agoe. This was not a trial purchase, I paid full price and opted out of club membership. I checked my credit card account on 15 OCT 11 and see a charge made on 11 OCT by this company. I sent an email to my bank (as the office is closed on Saturday) explaining that this was an unauthorized charge. I stated that I will call on Monday to discuss my options. I found this site while researching unauthorzed credit card charges options and Procera complaints. I do not believe that what they are doing is leagal.
