Rip Off, Unauthorized credit card charge

I just checked my credit card statement and there is a charge for $14.95 from AP9*Deal Max-V. I have absolutely no idea who or what this company is. I tried calling the phone number they gave, but all you get is an automated greeting giving you options. One of the options was to give them the credit card number that the charge was on (yeah, right). There was no option to speak to a live person. I tried emailing this company, and the email bounced back to me. Apparently, it is not a good address. I will be contacting my credit card company today and I have also made several other complaints about this. I had to cancel my credit card to make sure no other charges would be made. This is unbelievable! Companies think they can do WHATEVER the hell they want. These companies should be shut down immediately.
