We ordered and paid for a trial of Procera. Without our permission, Procera then charged another order in the amount of $134.85 to our credit card. We returned it unopened to the post office on July 11. A month later, we have made repeated calls to Procera. One time they say it has been received and will be processed in two days. The next time they say it has not been received. We have been scammed!!
