Verizon Phone Service worst complaint review

Our phone was not working and my husband called verizon Saturday 1/22. Once you finally get someone on the phone my husband explained that our neighbor was digging today and it is possible that he hit the wire. After the rep. Ran some test so he says, he informs us that a technision would have to be sent out. They could not get one out until Saturday 1/29. A week later. I am having surgery Monday 1/24 and my husband will have to go back to work on Tuesday. This leaves me at home alone with not phone. We pay the outrageous price that Verizon charges, and now they are telling us that we have to wait a week to get a tech out here to fix it. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My husband and I will be looking into going with another provider is our phone is not fixed by 5:00 Monday
