My 88 yo mother ordered a backjoy and a sales person called her to see if she liked it however she never got it, during this call they ask her date of birth, then she started getting a charge of $39.95 each month until i found it and had to cx the card to stop the charges. Back joy had given her credit card number to carexpress and they were charging her, she never gave her permission but when i talked to carexpress they said well she never said no and she gave us her date of birth. I checked on line and thousands of elderly were reporting the same scam. They refuse to refund the money and said they did nothing illegal. If you check on line under info@backjoy.com you will see where many elderly have been ripped of with this scam. Both of these companies need to be put out of work. Not many old people have or even use computers therefore they could not check on these places. I have been talking to both of these co. And neither one thinks they have broken the law. I would like to see they out of business and made to refund every ones money.
